IN2GEAR is a Midland's based Driving School who offers top quality driving instructor training to enable you to qualify as an DSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Unlike other training providers we are a busy and successful Driving School with a Head Office based in Stafford. Our training is not only designed to get you through the qualifying exams but to prepare you for your future career as a driving instructor. A high percentage of our current instructors have trained and qualified with us. Before you hand over your hard earned cash check the credentials of your training provider! Do they ensure the following?

• One-to-One training (not 2:1 or 3:1 or "buddying up" as its often called)
• One allocated Trainer/Mentor for your entire course (not a different trainer each session)
• DSA Approved ORDIT Qualified Trainer (not all are DSA Approved Instructor Trainers some are just ADIs)
• Accreditations of Cardington A Grade, RosPA (Gold), DIAmond Advanced Tests, IAM /DIA / MSA /IPDI etc etc
• A Provable and Outstanding Pass Rate for Part 1,2 & 3
• Local knowledge of where you'll be taking your Part 2 & 3 tests
• Use of Tuition Vehicle for your training and tests

What is the ORDIT Register?
The Driving Standards Agency's ORDIT Register (Official Register of Driving Instructor Trainers) was set up to ensure the quality of training courses provided by trainers and organisations. To gain membership establishments have to adhere to a code of practice, undergo vigorous checks of their financial accountability & teaching practices. When considering a training provider ensure they are ORDIT Registered and ask to see their ORDIT Licence!
